We want you to feel the full benefits of our premium colostrum, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at hello@cowboycolostrum.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original container, ensuring the product is well-protected and including a copy of your packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
